How to Save Your Document as PDF | No Installation Required

Many people are comfortable with using Microsoft Word as it is easy to use and to be familiar with its tool. However, a lot of loyal Microsoft Word users save their MS Word documents as PDF (Portable Document Format) to provide a read-only document for clients.

So, let’s talk about how you can easily save your Microsoft Word Document into a PDF. There is no need to download any software. It only takes a few clicks to convert your document into a PDF using Microsoft Word.

Click File on the top left corner

Click on Save As menu

Choose the location where you want to save the document

Enter the file name that you want

Click on the File Format dropdown menu and Select PDF

Then click Save

That’s how you can easily save your document as PDF.
