How to Schedule to Send Email Later in Outlook?

Are you frustrated with the amount of time you and your employees spend on email?

Sending emails might consume an unexpected amount of time. Microsoft Outlook’s Send Later feature can help to lessen the amount of back-and-forth throughout the day.

You can write your email now and send it later.

To schedule the time of sending emails, follow these steps:

Write the email and enter the recipient/s. 

Click on Options

Select Schedule Send

Then you may specify the day and time when you want the emails to be sent.

When you’re finished writing your email, click the Send button in the message window.


When you click Send, the message will be saved in the Draft folder until it is delivered.

You can edit or remove the message while it is in the Draft folder.
